PRODUCTION PROCESS

Being an external supplier, we believe good communication is essential for achieving productivity and maintaining strong working relationships. A clear production process is essential to keeping everyone on track.

We create bespoke videos to uniquely represent our clients. Whether the aim is to raise brand awareness, increase sales or explain a new concept; understanding the client's story and needs is vital for us as content creators. It is the first and most important step. ​We'll dig deep, ask questions, and share ideas until we understand the task and are in agreement.

As the project progresses, we use project management tools to keep everyone informed, from the budget and timeline to the delivery milestones. We work through concept and scripting, storyboarding and design, animation and sound. There are defined milestones for each part of the process. A time of review is then incorporated into the edit to ensure we have arrived at the desired result.

To ensure the most value is made from the video marketing journey, we can iterate, adapt, and make the content native to a range of social and video platforms. Our goal is to build relationships with our clients, and we will go the extra mile to ensure they are satisfied with the results.
